What about the versions?
On August 18, are you unsure which Microsoft Flight Simulator version to purchase (or simply download with your Xbox Game Pass subscription)? Users of Windows PCs, we’ve got you covered below with a helpful overview on what to anticipate from the game’s three editions.
Microsoft Flight Simulator Standard Edition:
The cost of Microsoft Flight Simulator’s Standard Edition, which includes 20 aircraft and 30 improved airports, is $59.99 USD or $99.95 AUD. Those who purchase Xbox Game Pass for PC (or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate) will automatically obtain this version.
Although there are 37 thousand airports in the game instead of just 30, only those 30 are “enhanced” or accurate to real-life. The more enhanced airports you get, the higher your edition is.
